A Nice Place for Nice People
We have lived most our adult lives in the Rio Grande Valley and over time, we have seen many of our friends and acquaintances retire to John Knox Village. When our postretirement wanderlust was satisfied, it seemed natural for us to do the same. We are now in our sixth year of residency at the village.
Lorraine enjoys bridge, exercise class, the water aerobics group, and the volunteer service, all here at John Knox Village. She also enjoys activities in the surrounding communities such as her church and study club. I continue to indulge my penchant for golf and tennis at nearby public facilities. When people ask us about John Knox Village, we have a standard answer. "A lot of nice people live here, a lot of nice people work here, plus it is a well-managed and affordable retirement community.
